Shipping 

 

- Big Bud Bundle: FREE Shipping
- Orders above $99: FREE Shipping
- Orders from $20 to $99: Flat $9.90 Shipping
- Orders below $20: Flat $4.90 Shipping
- International Orders: Flat $49.90 Shipping

    Order before 2pm EST and we will ship your package within 3 to 5 business days (sometimes, in less than 24h).

    Canada & US: It takes 5 to 10 business days for your package to arrive. If you chose expedited shipping, it should take 3 to 5 business days. These estimates vary based on time of the year.

    International orders: Please check the time estimates during checkout, and include any notes that we need to know in order to export to your country.

     

    Returns & Refunds

     

    To start a return, contact us at hello@budtrainer.com

    If you are unhappy with your product, you have up to 30 days after receiving it to request a refund.

    Eligibility

    Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

    Process

    1. Send us a return request via email at hello@budtrainer.com so that we can send you the return shipping label.
    2. Take your package to the post office with the new shipping label and send it to us.
    3. Once the product arrives, we will inspect it for damage, and if you are eligible you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

    Exceptions

    * If the item arrives at our facility damaged or used, it will not be eligible for a refund.

    ** We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    *** If your item was bought at a hydroponics store, please contact them directly to find out about their return/refund policy.

    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

     

    Damaged Products at Arrival 

     

    If your package or your product arrives damaged, you have up to 30 days to let us know and be eligible for a full replacement or refund. 

    Eligibility

    Your item must be in the same (damaged) condition that you received it, but unused. Items that break after use may be eligible for our warranty (read below).

    Process

    1. Send us an email at hello@budtrainer.com with photos and a quick explanation of the damage.
    2. We will send you a shipping label right away so that you can send the item back to us for inspection.
    3. Once the item arrives back at our facility we will inspect the damage, and if you are eligible you will get a refund or a replacement product sent back right away

    Exceptions

    * Damaged items must be unused. If the damage is from wear and tear, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement

    ** If your item was bought at a hydroponics store, please notify them directly about your damaged product and they will take care of you. If not, contact us.

    1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty 

      

    If your product has any manufacturing defects during the first 12 months after you received it, you will be eligible for our manufacturer's warranty.

    Eligibility

    The defect must be due to workmanship or material properties, and not from wear and tear. If you are unsure whether you are eligible for warranty, contact us at hello@budtrainer.com.

    Process

    1. Send us an email at hello@budtrainer.com with photos and a quick explanation of the damage and how you found it/how it started.
    2. We will send you a shipping label right away so that you can send the item back to us for inspection (we do not cover this shipping cost, but we will reimburse you if the item was assessed as eligible).
    3. Once the item arrives back at our facility, we will inspect the damage, and if you are eligible you will get a refund or a replacement product sent back right away (including the reimbursement for shipping).

    Exceptions

    * If the damage is from wear and tear, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or poor care, we will not be able to process a warranty claim.

    ** If your item was bought at a hydroponics store, please notify them directly about your damaged product and they will take care of your warranty claim. If not, contact us.
